Cordoda Corporation Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on the 19 th of August 1999 under the Companies Act, 1965 and commenced operations in 2000. Cordoda obtained its Application Services License in March 2000 from Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and following that we obtained our MSC Status in February 2001 from the Malaysian Development Corporation (MDC).

Cordoda is a subsidiary of Patimas Computers Berhad, a leading Software and System Integrator provider in Malaysia. Incorporated in 1992, Patimas was listed on the Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) in 1997. Patimas distributes a large range of Information Technology solutions to specific industries such as Finance, Securities, Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution and Retail.
