What is EBN's layered approach?
The first layer is connectivity via our multi-service network access. The second layer is our networking and IT managed services, and the third layer is E-business networking and application. Now, you get layer 1 and 2 automatically when you sign up with EBN, which is a premium service. The third layer is a value added service provisioning that we offer upon your request.


What is my choice in connectivity with EBN?
EBN offers the choice of X.25, Leased Line, Frame Relay or ATM. X.25 runs on a low speed analogue line (4.8kbps to 56kbps) and digital lines (64kps, 128kbps,256kbps). Leased Line which is a line dedicated to one customer, runs either at low speed analogue lines (4.8 kbps to 56 kbps) or digital lines (64kbps, nx64kbps and E1). Frame Relay that operates in digital line, runs at the speed of 64kbps, nx64kbps, E1 and E3. ATM that operates in digital line, runs at the speed of E1, E3 and OC3.


What can EBN offer me in terms of E-commerce?
Through Cordoda's alliances with other business partners, EBN offers application services, consultancy, manage network services that ride on the network to offer clients e-business solutions. EBN also has facilities to allow clients to host applications and portals that are niche and unique to their business, with both being distributed via EBN.
