What is Network Operatios Centre (NOC)?
NCC is the control centre of EBN's network that is maned by network professionals. The NCC manages and monitors the network usage, updates and provides clients with their network performance and billings.


What are the components in the Operation Support System?
OSS consists of a suite of management system that will enable us to deliver management capabilities of networking hardware (i.e. switch, routers, hubs), servers, desktops and applications. It also enables us to extract reports and statistics that are vital for management planning. Through this management system our escalation procedures are tracked and our help desk functions are deployed.
